"I've traveled Japan for 2 months. This hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was fantastic. Great parking area. A must stay hotel if staying in Hamamatsu area."

"Hotel is one block away from main train station which allows for easy rail and bus travel, access to excellent tourist information centre, plus numerous restaurants and shops. Breakfast in the hotel is very nice buffet style with more seating than other similar sized hotels. Nice downstairs area for relaxing. Room was clean and comfortable and was just the right size for me. One very minor downside though with my room was that the refrigerator was a little bit too noisy at times, so I had to switch it off overnight to help me sleep. Hotel has a laundry/vending room with 4 washers and 4 dryers which was ideal. Unrelated to hotel but note buses in Hamamatsu didn’t accept IC cards such as Suica - cash or credit cards okay though. Comfort Hotel definitely lived up to its name as it was comfortable and relaxing - would definitely stay there again, so a recommendation from me !"
"Affordable with friendly staff. Our single rooms were on the smaller side, but priced so that we could each have our own instead of sharing a double. Staff were super niceand helpful. They have a really good and affordable coin-op laundry which was better than other hotels we stayed in. "
"A plethora of breakfast options were offered every morning. In the evening, snacks and drinks were provided for a few hours in the lounge. A person could easily spend the whole day here. You'll be fed, there's a pool and spring, a shop on the first floor, free drinks. This place is well worth your $$. We felt very well taken care of. We are likely coming back on our next trip to Japan."
"This was just a quick stop on a long trip. It has a lot of potential if the staff, AC or central/fan system worked, and better amenities. the room was large and dirty, set up like a party room. So much more can be done to the interior decor to one account for the cost and the location, even if it is just to sleep. The shower area was way too large with some much open space can fit the offense of a football team in it, but the tub (shower/tub in one) was nothing fancy nor large. Very little hanging and storage space for the size of the room but it was just a one night stay. "
"Despite being a foreigner in a commonly Japanese space, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Being able to sample multiple variations of green tea (leaps and bounds more complex than any I had tasted back home) while looking out across the lake was an unforgettable experience. I wish I had stayed an extra night so I could experience a few more of the available services, but I did manage to purchase some tea leaves and orange juice for the journey. A top nitch experience all around."
"The property was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that check-in is on the second floor without an elevator till you check-in. Would stay here again!"
