We upgraded the room the second night to one of their renovated rooms. The in renovated room we booked we can’t recommend. If you can book a renovated room then we highly recommend. The difference between the rooms were night and day.

Everyone on the staff was wonderful to us over 3 days. We particularly enjoyed the service of the bartender Manager, Humberto, He was a real craftsman of his cocktails, and it was a pleasure watching him work and tasting his products.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the concierge was especially helpful. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. Some of the hotel’s facilities are a bit outdated, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
