"This place is worth every penny. So convenient from the train station. Be sure to ask them for shuttle service. It’s free from the train station. Then you don’t have to carry your luggage for 15 mins up and down the cobbled streets. The property is the most gorgeous lakeside view. Everywhere you look it’s beautiful here. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough."

As we are not from Italy, we are from America and needed guidance in a lot of areas. they were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and tidy and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed location is great close by restaurants and coffee shops in an excellent workout/gym facility. Also a hair salon close by and ample parking. "
