The Ness Walk is a lovely 5 star hotel right in the heart of Inverness and along the Ness River. Very easy to walk into towns where there is a plethora of restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly staff with a glass of their complementary Processco. The grounds are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was the noisiest room we've ever stayed in. The hotel has wedding receptions with loud, live music playing directly under entire wing of room The noise was unbearable until the band quit, after midnight. That's right. MIDNIGHT. Then they clean up. Unbelievably discourteous and rude to the hotel guests who paid a very handsome price to get no sleep. And this is a routine practice which regularly occurs on weekends. Not a 4 star hotel or experience. Staff doesn't care.

"Wonderful spot, especially with kids, as the common space has a slide, pirate ship climber, farm animals to see (goats, chickens, ponies) and grass to run on.
