We didn't spend much time at property but the fenced yard was perfect for our 19 mo. old to run off energy after the car ride. The bathroom rugs could use a wash but everything else was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy but if you have little ones who are sensitive sleepers, this may not be the place for you. It's right next to main highway so it was loud and lights were on house until traffic calmed later in evening. The bedroom floors creaked quite a bit which was challenging for slipping out after putting the baby to bed. Otherwise, it was great!
