"This was a great find for a short little vacation on the lake. From the moment of booking on VRBO, the owners were in contact with all the details needed for check in and a great stay. The resort is remote about 18 miles out of Mountain Home, but that is a charm as there is very little light or noise pollution in the area. "This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the house and patio is gorgeous. It is quiet and serene and very private. There is an office off the master bedroom that is in a sun room. It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay."

"Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!"

"This is a really fun place to stay. The area is beautiful and has great access to Bull Shoals Lake. The cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. "This is a very nice cabin. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Comfortable beds. A quiet, private patio area great for visiting and dining. Nice charcoal grill ( bring your own charcoal) Host is very easy to contact. We highly recommend it, all 4 of us."

"The cabin is an ideal retreat for two with a stunning view of the river. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee with breakfast in the morning, snacking a quick bite outdoors for lunch, and grilling steaks on the deck with a Bud for him and a glass of wine for me at dinner. Fishermen in their boats drifting by, water birds and eagles soared above the river, and song birds twittered in the trees. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. One night we watched a storm roll in from over the mountains...

"This is a great place for a group. This is the second time our family has stayed here for a trout fishing weekend. The guides pick us up at the riverside at the back of the house - great location! The house is clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoy this place."
