The home features a fitted kitchen, a comfortable living area, a shower room with WC, and a bedroom with a double bed and TV—perfect for a romantic getaway. Located just 300 meters from the town center, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The apartment is also close to the port and other local amenities, making it a convenient base for exploring the region. Caen – Carpiquet Airport is 57.4 km away, ensuring smooth travel connections. Guests are kindly asked to remove bed linens and towels at the end of their stay and dispose of rubbish in the bins near Carrefour. A €200 deposit is required on site.
