Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, with an excellent location, very good breakfasts, and a great restaurant on the premises. The housekeeping staff is wonderful, especially Iryna. She was extremely professional, pleasant, polite, friendly, and always made sure everything was perfectly clean. We really appreciated her excellent service! There were a couple of things we found inconvenient. We stayed in a two-level duplex suite with two full bathrooms, which was great, one upstairs, one downstairs. The only toilet downstairs required going down about 10 steps from the bedroom, which was especially inconvenient in the middle of the night. The underground parking was also quite difficult and inconvenient to use, especially considering that it costs €20 per day. Despite these issues, our overall impression was very positive. The wonderful location, good service, and, of course, gorgeous Deauville made our stay very enjoyable.

We originally booked a room with a partial sea view except the top half of the window was a mirror and you would need to be dwarf size to see the view through the glass below. They changed our room to a larger version except without a sea view. The SPA treatments were completely booked out over the 2 days we stayed and one would need to book in advance. Morning time was noisy from 6am with deliveries to the catering area which we could hear from our room. Otherwise, the hotel was OK but way overpriced considering breakfast was not included and the car park per night was €30.00 The area around the hotel is very good with a great choice of shops and restaurants.

We had a great stay and Hotel de la Plage. We stayed for one night as a stop over on our way back to the ferry port. The hotel is very welcoming and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a family room, which was large and had a great view over to Juno beach centre, it had an ensuite bathroom which was spotless. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious as was the Cotes de Provence. The hotel is very handy to go and visit the war memorials along the coast and I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

A beautiful property with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Loved the pool, loved the location and the room was spacious with great air con. Will be returning!
