We stayed three nights on the ninth floor, enjoying spectacular views and convenient restaurant access. The location is fantastic but understandably loud and chaotic. Unfortunately, cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom had dusty walls, filthy shower glass, hair, soap scum, and a clogged drain that left us standing in dirty water. The elevator was filthy and frightening. The sheets were the worst I’ve experienced in 40 years of traveling: old, pilled, and scratchy. Worn pillows, a rock-hard mattress, and nonstop street noise made sleeping miserable. The Wi-Fi was atrocious, disconnecting constantly and unavailable 75% of the time. When connected, speeds were painfully slow. We had to visit the café for reliable internet. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were wonderful! Miriam, the marketing director, cook, and others were genuinely welcoming. Breakfast service was excellent. Spectacular views and lovely staff, but cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and internet desperately need improvement.

This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and steal my slippers. After I left and threatened to involve the authorities, my slippers were miraculously “found” underneath the mattress. According to the staff, my slippers must have moved themselves from the front door, lifted the mattress, and placed themselves underneath it. Naturally, the security cameras were not working, so no one could identify who had actually entered my room. Therefore, the view is definitely not worth it. There is absolutely no security, and the staff cannot be trusted. The surrounding neighbourhood is also very noisy and dirty. There are scammers and beggars everywhere.
