"The room was overall clean but tiny. The textile panels behind the bed were stained. Staff was specifically asked about a food item being vegan and I got the answer "no meats", which, yes that is one aspect of it but also not enough. I expect staff to know what this means and to answer it either fully (that is, list of ingredients) or without confusing details. The lift and hallways were tiny and you had to cram through, especially challenging if you're wider than a water bottle."
