“We absolutely loved this cottage, peaceful location with stunning views of a 13th Century castle with hens, deer and bird life in your 'front garden'. Very clean and wonderful walks to the loch through woodland. Aldo great location to reach other parts of this wonderful isle of Mull. Richard and Kirsty are also are brilliant hosts. We're planning a return next year.”

“My wife and I stayed here for one night while we visited the Isle of Colonsay; we wish we could have stayed longer but the limited ferry schedule constrained us. Since this is the only hotel on the island, it doesn't exactly have much competition, but it provides a good experience nonetheless. In addition to a hotel, it's a pub, lounge, and restaurant, and there are tables and chairs set up in the grassy yard.
