Tiene capacidad para 4 personas con una cama King trineo con un colchón Beaufain de primera calidad, un sofá cama doble con un colchón de espuma de memoria y, si es necesario, un colchón de aire de tamaño queen en el armario. El área para dormir está en el mismo espacio grande y hay mucho espacio para agregar el colchón de aire si es necesario. Hay un cómodo espacio de trabajo / comedor y un hermoso baño completo renovado. La cocina tiene un refrigerador de tamaño completo y todo lo que pueda necesitar para preparar comidas sencillas: microondas, placa de cocción por inducción portátil \*, tostadora, cafetera, pizzas Pizzazz Plus, batidora, olla de barro, utensilios y todos los platos esenciales, cristalería, tazas y mostrada. \* Se proporcionan una sartén para saltear y una olla de sopa con fondo de acero. The kitchen had a Keurig/coffee pot duo, bottle & wine opener, and literally any dish you could need to cook or drink with. There was also plentiful soap, sponges, towels, dish washer detergent, etc. We had to buy nothing for the kitchen minus food unlike previous condos where additional soap etc was needed. The beds were very comfy and our kids especially loved the bunk bed room! The living room area was where we hung out most nights relaxing and playing the card games they had there. The walk from the condo to the beach took us less than 5 minutes with the kids in tow and we enjoyed the bars/shops that were easily accessible along the way! We had never been to IOP before but wanted to explore a new beach town. It did not disappoint. Upon arriving one of the condo residents assisted us on where to park. They were not irritated at us as vacationers rather helpful. At one point during our stay my son said “everyone here is so nice.” The property was clean and perfectly stocked with everything one would need. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and everything else. The Only suggestions I would have is to put a lock on the second bedroom bathroom. A simple hook and eye lock would be perfect. Also a small tv in the second bedroom would be great for rainy days and late nights for teens. But we would 100% stay here again. The property management team was phenomenal! It’s conveniently located on the island and the short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants is easier than a walk through Costco lot. It’s really a great property! ##### Rebecca V. The location is great, the condo itself is perfect for 1-2 people, it's quiet and comfortable. Beth, the property manager, is so personable, excellent communication. My husband and I stayed here for a week long getaway for our 5th wedding anniversary an it was perfect! The place was spotless and so cozy! The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon are so nice for a day at the beach which is only about a block away! There are so many great restaurants within walking distance and a Harris Teeter across the intersection! I would highly recommend staying here to everyone! Management was so friendly too! Ideally located, just a short stroll to the beach, and close to groceries, restaurants, etc., it is also peaceful, quiet, and safe. The unit is adorably decorated and squeaky clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Her efficient and informative emails answered every possible question before we could ask. We enthusiastically recommend the "Bright and Beachy" studio and have no suggestions for improvement. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable week! ##### Julie C. The beach cart and chairs and umbrella were an incredible help to get all 4 of us to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys and games immensely. The big king size bed was very comfy and clean. Might consider rearranging the furniture to be able to sit comfortably to watch TV on the rainy days. The room has a very efficient A/C unit. The property outside is crowded when filled with cars to be able to get in and out. The pool seemed small for that amount of people to occupy the property. The pool could need to be cleaned more often. But our family had fun. Great property, one block from the beach with everything you would want, and no extras. The unit was very clean, seems like a newer remodel, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. The only downside is that you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and a quick five-minute walk to the beach and "strip" of IOP where there are several shops and restaurants. I stayed by myself, so there was plenty of room. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than two people to stay here, though I did see an air mattress in the closet. A few notes to consider.....several different dogs barked throughout the stay and it was not necessarily a "quiet" retreat because of this. The only kitchen sundries that were available was some ground coffee, coffee filters, salt, and pepper. There is a microwave and hotplate but no stove or oven. An extra trash bag or two would have been nice. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future. ##### Jamie J.
