Enjoy plenty of space for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa. Located in the prime location of Wild Dunes and situated with direct beach access just seconds away. A few highlights of this wonderful home are the elegant kitchen and flowing layout. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a large custom island and stunning ocean views visible through the back sliding doors. The open living area offers comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, and a separate bar area with built-in mini fridge. The outdoor dining table placed on the screened in porch provides a peaceful place to enjoy meals while listening to the ocean. The first floor has one guest bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second guest room is upstairs with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also on the second floor is a primary suite and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk in shower. Unwind with views of the ocean from the private balcony! Beach Club Villas include a community pool and boardwalk to the beach. The surrounding areas have lots to offer including golf courses, restaurants, and miles of bike paths in Wild Dunes. Downtown Charleston is about 20 minutes away. Sleeping: BR 1 - King, BR 2 - King, BR 3: Full, Full All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive a credit to VayK Life for renting beach gear. Linens and towels provided. Washer and dryer available. INTERNET: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed seasonally from October 31st - April 1st. Loved our stay at this beachfront townhome! We were a group of 12 who rented 2 units side by side and we all loved being able to walk directly out of the units onto the beach. Another easy walk gets you to the hotel center at Wild Dunes but honestly we just enjoyed hanging out directly in front of our condos. This was our first time renting 33 BCV and we would absolutely rent this again. Clean, lots of seating, enough plates, glasses, silverware, etc (very important when you're on vacation and don't want to wash up every meal!).
