The Seagrove community of well-maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. This prime location is perfect for you to relax and enjoy the ocean view from this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. This newly renovated condo has a unique design with gorgeous wood features throughout. Entering the unit, you are greeted by a pleasant beach feel and one-of-a-kind decorations. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room leads to your ocean view balcony with seating for 6 guests. Enjoy the ocean breeze and take in the glorious scenery! Down the hallway will be the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen, and one twin bed. It also has a TV, and a bathroom accessible from the hallway. For your convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer, parking for at least two cars, WiFi, and a community pool. \*\*Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take several weeks to complete. We do not have an exact timeline for each building, but please reach out to our team if you plan to book and we will be happy to check on any updates at that time. The only issue we had was that the side bedroom was extremely warm. We would wake up covered in sweat in the middle of the night. I messaged the property managers and they were very attentive in sending someone to help remedy the problem. The lighting issue we reported on arrival was dealt with promptly. The pool was well-maintained and during the last week in September it was not crowded.
