"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. "We had a great stay at the Grand Magic Hotel\. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland is a great bonus, although it can get very busy on the return journey from the park, so be prepared or consider the 30 -minute walk if the weather is nice. Overall, a lovely hotel and we’d happily stay again."

"The hotel was really nice. However, the rooms smelled a bit weird. Also, one of the mornings, we were having the all-you-can-eat breakfast downstairs. I saw a little kid sneeze onto the Mickey waffles and the mum didn't bother to notify staff so I let three of the staff members know. Not one of them did anything about the food even though one of them was translating what I said to the others in French. On the last day, the maids kept opening the door in the morning when we were getting ready to checkout, even though checkout was at 11am. So, overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at, but not the best Disney experience I've ever had."

"Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, efficiently designed space despite being really tiny for two people and a dog. Shuttle service was very useful and efficient, and is the main reason we'd stay again. AC worked well despite the heat, and luggage storage room was very useful. Cons: Only one sachet of instant coffee in double room...expensive small coffees were available downstairs. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in room."

"Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful, so clean, everything we needed. The air con was amazing! The bar area was nice, service a little bit slow. One issue we had was in happy hour cocktails €7 and mocktail €5 so we order 1 cocktail & 2 mocktaols of the month plus another cocktail. My husband paid the bill and when I checked it the only 1 cocktail was reduced. When I asked the bar staff they said they didn't know why and didn't understand why and went to ask a manager. They returned saying cocktail/mocktail of the month wasn't included in happy hour. Not really sure why. Had we known this we would have picked something else."
