The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, playground, and outdoor shower. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area. Moreover, a private beach is available at the resort (FOR AN EXTRA FEE). The apartment is located 24 km from Marzamemi, 25 km from Modica, 30 km from Scicli, 40 km from Ragusa, 60 km from Comiso airport, and 110 km from Catania airport. In addition to the private beach, there are also public beaches within 200 meters of the property. The host will provide a beach umbrella and deck chairs for your convenience.
