#### A nice hotel in a great location and amazing staff
After being let down with my original booking elsewhere I booked this hotel last minute and was glad I did - well located a 5 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Nişantaşı the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a decent choice. The definite highlight of my stay was the staff - always friendly and attentive (and available) and willing to help/make your trip more enjoyable - from a glass of tea on the terrace to booking taxis, offering ideas for things to do - I’ll definitely stay here again

#### Ok for one night.
Staff were welcoming and kind to allow an early check in. The room booked wasnt as advertised, it did not have the rainfall shower & air conditioning - the lack of air con made it very difficult to sleep and be comfortable - couldn’t open the terrace door to allow air in as a cat kept trying to come in. Breakfast was very limited. Hotel is very dated and worn compared to the pictures online.

The staff is amazing. Friendly and accommodating. We were there in connection with an operation in a hospital 5 minutes walk away. Only downsides are the steep streets that may not be suitable for everybody. The property has some signs of being well used with minor maintenance issues present. Overall a great stay

the hotel needs total renovation and cleaning should be reimplemented because you can't call it cleaning! at the same time the guest traffic here is more than good, alot of medical tourists visiting the clinics located nerby

On the first day, we were given a room on the first floor with a view of a wall, and people could easily see inside. After I complained, the staff member handling reservations was kind enough to change our room. The hotel is close to Nişantaşı, but it’s on a hill, so if you have walking or knee issues, it may be difficult to get around (not ideal for the elderly). The breakfast was okay but not perfect. Overall, it wasn't bad.

Do not try it at all! Although the staff tried hard to make us happy however the hotel lacks tons of things to be improved and to be called a HOTEL!

top hotel,schönes großes Zimmer, top rezervasyon mitarbeiter super nett hilfsbereit, lage nicht schlecht gleich Café zum frühstücken kaffee trinken perfekt, die Betten waren sauber im badezimmer okay habe 1mal härchen im bad geseheb daher ein stern abzug aber sonst super hotel.

Lokasyonu bizim için çok iyiydi. Park yeri çok güvenli olmasa da bizi çok rahatlattı. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Odanın konforu iyi değildi. Eşyalar çok eski, yatak yıpranmıştı. Duş kapısı düşmek üzereydi. Çalışanların çok yardımsever, ilgili ve güleryüzlü olması, odanın konforsuzluğunu görmezden gelmemize neden oldu. Otelde genelde yurtdışından estetik ameliyatları için gelmiş olan konuklar vardı. Kısa süre konaklama için uygun.

Personel iyi yardımseverdi. Hotelde fena sayılmaz ama hijyen olarak pek iyi değildi. Turist çok vardı ve gürültülüydüler maalesef. Merkezi yerden olması ve Amerikan hastahanesine yakın olması avantaj konumu iyi. Bir de maalesef çok kara sinek vardı😔
