Great staff def accommodated us first time in Istanbul . Great location as well walking plenty of shops and food by and a $10 uber ride to haga Sophia and blue mosque ect loved it breakfast included is a win top floor with terrace was great as well since we had 2 groups balcony was perfect .

Leider war das Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft nicht so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hätte. Es gab einige Verschmutzungen, weshalb ich mich während meines Aufenthalts nicht ganz wohlgefühlt habe. Ich hoffe, dass künftig mehr Wert auf die Sauberkeit der Zimmer gelegt wird.

Very fun location! Our room was incredible! The staff and fellow travelers were a delight to speak with, the breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty, uncovered parking like we needed, and ISTANBUL. What else can we say besides it was great!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend booking this hotel! The property is located on a rundown block on a hill. Upon arrival, the entrance had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a dumpster or something rotting. There were numerous cats around the entrance, including one lying on the reception desk. The hotel is very outdated. Wallpaper was peeling in the hallways and inside the room. While the room appeared relatively clean, the air conditioning did not work at all, leaving the room uncomfortably warm (around 75–79°F / 24–26°C). The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we were unable to sleep. There was no iron available, and the refrigerator did not function. I was in Turkey for rhinoplasty surgery, so a comfortable, clean, and functional room was essential for my recovery. After a difficult first night, we asked the front desk the next morning if we could check out early and receive a refund due to the issues. They refused any refund even for the one night we stayed citing a strict no-refund policy, despite the multiple problems we experienced and the fact that we had booked 10 nights total. We checked out and found another hotel, resulting in a significant financial loss. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost or the inconvenience. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
