Our stay at Vertali was made truly special by the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby.

The hotel location is fantastic, very peaceful, with well kept and beautiful grounds. Food is excellent, staff and service equally so. Whilst the rooms are basic ours was very clean and the swim up pool, whilst shared with two other rooms, felt private. We had a wonderful ten days all inclusive, which was excellent value. We'd 100% return! Not a place to go if you're bothered about watching television 🙂
