The riverfront property was very close to downtown Ithaca, making runs in for dinner a breeze. A bit of a hike, but we walked to the wegmans supermarket across the river. So shopping was convenient too!House was clean and everything was functional. Diane was very prompt in answering any questions. Kitchen had all the tools we needed and the flow of the home was well suited for a group of 8\. The beds were very comfortable. Although it wasn't needed for my stay, there are window units for AC and baseboard heaters for the house. The guys all got in the hot tub and had a great time. Parking is across the street. It is ample but may take you a few trips to get everything inside. Clean very accessible. Allowed us to socialize & catch up with our old college friends and it was the prefect setting. Great views out the window of both IC & Cornell. Great to walk along the canal in the mornings & see crew teams. We Thank Diane for making this so welcoming and easy to get in and out. Next time we will take time to use the jacuzzi & fire pit more.
