"The hotel is overall dirty, the lobby floor and the room were sticky and filthy, one of the beds had a weird stain that looked like blood which we ended using the only blanket available to cover the mattress. The complimentary water cups had a bad smell and weird taste. We were located on the bottom floor and we could hear the TV and conversations from the room upstairs. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Specially if you’re a foreigner, this hotel looks like a low budget motel like...

"Hotel em ótimo lugar na cidade, tem fácil acesso a tudo em volta, sem precisar usar algum tipo de locomoção, atendimento muito bom, principalmente da Luciana, sempre prestativa! O quarto que fiquei é bom, mas já esta precisando de uma pintura, falta um pouco mais de iluminação no banheiro e o chuveiro deixou um pouxo a desejar, precisando ser trocado, antigo e saindo pouca água, mas no geral o hotel atendeu as espectativas com bom custo benefício."

Room was spacious and clean, but there were some outdated things in the bathroom and minor things like one of the TVs not working, etc. I am sure if AI had mentioned the TV. "The hotel was good, the staff was good. But my friend got her money stolen. Someone went to our room and opened our armory. When we got back from our event we noticed. We did notify the management and they were chilled about and informed that will take a while and when they got back to us they did not even apologize for the occurrence of the stolen money. It’s was very disappointing that have happened in the property. Also we booked room for 4 people and the property on the website was a a big bed and a room with 2 single bed and was very pricey. We got there and the room with a big bed and in the side 2 small beds and one small bathroom. Totally miss lead. Very disappointed. So, I do not recommend. Please stay away. "
