"Nice restaurant, good food, close to shopping centre, good parking in basement. Nice Hammam with service, ok pool, but why the headcaps 😂. We enjoyed our stay here! "
"Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. My only issue was that I couldn’t control the room temperature, and it felt a bit too warm for me at times. Other than that, everything else was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for its service and cleanliness."
