"Very friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the main street. Walkable to all sightseeings in the town. If you go to the main square a couple of minutes away, there might be locals dancing traditional dance in the evening. Sivas is a lovely city I could've stayed for longer."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Büyük Hotel in Sivas. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made a great impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept — perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. My only issue was that I couldn’t control the room temperature, and it felt a bit too warm for me at times. Other than that, everything else was great. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it for its service and cleanliness."
