“Nous avons adoré notre séjour de deux nuits à l'hôtel Tia Vahine. La vila est magnifique, le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont très belles et décorées avec goût. L'hôtel est seulement à 5 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport. Un grand merci à Landry et Yves pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.”

“We booked here as our flight out of Tana was at 3.20am so wanted somewhere to chill, rest & get showered near the airport. Room was clean & spacious, comfy bed & great shower. We ate in the restaurant and had really great food & cocktails. Had a quick sleep before being picked up for our flight home. Would definitely stay again if in Tana!”

“We enjoyed our stay at ILO. The kids loved it too. The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there. The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. We even saw a lemur early morning at the breakfast. Our rooms were on the first floor, and it was super noisy luckily at around 11 PM with quiet down. But then early……

“Customer service is lackluster and the people in charge of them are worse I was charged for a shuttle that Expedia said was free They didn't honor the Expedia price I was given the runaround after I called to try to clear things up”

“We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! It was a difficult stay.”

“Bien sûr ! Alors, en résumé, l’hôtel offre un cadre agréable, avec un personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était confortable, même si un peu petite, et la salle de bain, elle, était spacieuse. Cependant, la douche posait un vrai problème de sécurité avec des variations de température. Le service, lui, était impeccable, et la terrasse extérieure ainsi que l’apéritif étaient vraiment un plus. Le petit-déjeuner, lui, était correct mais un peu léger. En somme, c’est un bon séjour, à améliorer sur……

“Very well priced, located on the hill close to the queens palace. Very helpful English-speaking staff. The room is modern, comfortable, and clean, although a bit small. The only downside for me is that the lounge and restaurant area is just beneath my window so it's a bit noisy at night with people talking and music in the background.”
