First thing we noticed when we entered the room was food crumbs and dried cheese all over the kitchen counter with dried cup rings as well.
The dining room table was just as bad with the addition of hair.
Entered the bedroom and noticed lots of scuffs and dirty smudges on the wall. When I stopped to put ours bags down I looked up and found a Booger stuck to the wall right in front of my face.
4 of the 6 kitchen lights were out as well. It was like being in a cave. Called management and they stated that someone would come clean up the next morning.
They sent someone from maintenance out that night which was nice, but they had no lights with them. The lady with him did clean the bedroom wall.
We also found the living room TV not working just showing a blue light. I did not touch them until the maintenance people showed up because of the paperwork I had to sign that threatened hourly cost if we touched any electronics. With the maintenance team there, we found the TV in the bedroom would work in the living room with the bedroom HDMI. They brought another cable the next day with the new lights. I didn't bother them with the bad TV we found after the new HDMI was given since it was Christmas Eve the next day.
The Hot tub area was large and clean, not much for jets though but the area was good enough.
Overall I am disappointed in the stay. It seems that there is no accountability in checking everything is clean and functional in the rental units but they want to ensure that you are aware of the charges that you will incur if you mess up though. Very long short term rental agreement with lots of potential back charges.
Will definitely never go back to this establishment that is overseen by this management team. Kabino Management
