No TV’s worked. Blinds won’t work in Bedroom. You call for tv repair and they try to charge $191
TV’s never worked. Managers never called to check on how you were doing in Apartment. We felt all alone trying to get things fixed.we were not prepared for numerous stairs to get in building. No elevators. We are in our 70’s and was hard to climb. The apartment was comfortable but needed repairs. We were delayed in Dallas. Could not get a refund on 1st night since we could not physically get there the 1St night.

My finance and I truly enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, COMFORTABLE and COZY, and any questions we had, I simply sent a quick text and received a response within just minutes!
