"I'm putting in a complaint to Hotels.Com, not the Vintage Block. Once again, Hotels is showing amenities that are not available. This is happening more frequently over the last year or so. Once again, Hotels shows breakfast available, and it's not. I've been looking for an online method of complaining, but it's just not there. Overall the Vintage Block is a great place to stay. Friendly service, clean, quiet. Beautiful room. I'd likely stay again"
