The property was a little far out and down a gravel road - we were happy to have an SUV rental. Very quiet and peaceful it would be wonderful in nice weather to have explored the area more but we had 2 days of heavy rain. The property is brand new and clean, the beds weee comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. A lot of space with 3 good size bedrooms 2 baths and a comfortable living area (as well as a screened in porch over looking the lake) It was nice to have some coffee on hand as we got in late and that made the next morning so much better. It’s well-equipped for families, with games and thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable inside the home. However, the surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired—The neighboring property had a lot of people coming and going with a lot of stuff in the yard. While the property is on the water, it's located at the very end of a narrow creek, not a main part of the lake. The water is shallow, filled with sticks and debris, and not suitable for swimming or diving from the dock.If you have a boat and plan to venture out to another part of the lake, this property could work for you. But if you're hoping to swim or relax by clean, inviting water right off the dock, this may not be the best choice.I do feel that it was priced accordingly. ##### A m.
