For the price we paid, it was a good stay. The inside of the room was very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was a great size and comfortable. The reason for only 3 stars is because it doesn’t look like the pictures online. It’s more of an extended stay type of place so there are families living there long term. We were uneasy when we drove up and saw bikes out in some of the lawns. We walked into our room and it smelled like someone smoked in there for a long time. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We had to go out and buy air freshener because we called the front desk and it took hours for maintenance to come. On day 2, I called the front office for fresh towels an d toilet paper and was told I had to take the dirty ones down to the laundry room myself. All in all it was a good stay but if you’re looking for a hotel with hotel service, not the best place to stay.

I love this place staff is wonderful

I took my boy friemd there dor his birthday everything wiuld have been great if it was for my room. My bedding had something between the sheets we had to wait up for a couple of hours for clean linens after i had to go downstairs after speaking with 2 different employees and wasnt informed housekeeping leaves at 11:30. So we finally got clean linen at 2 something almost 3. The next morning joudekeeping walked in unannounced while we were still in bed werent even supposed to be in our room because we werent checking out yet Most of my trip was tied to my room due to housekeeping. Heather who actually did come service my room was great. They really need to stay on housekeeping there were also blue boxers left behind the accent pillow on the chair on the room. Really if it easnt for the casino atmosphere and food being convient downstairs my trip.would have been a disaster

The room itself was perfect. However the sound proof of the room was not good. You could hear all the doors slamming. While I believe you could really get a good night sleep it was inevitable because of all the back and forth of all the guests.

The quality service of the tv was horrible.
