Our stay was just one night as we made our way north and found some sites of interest in Orillia before moving on. Check-in was easy and quick. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and breakfast was great, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, juice, milk, and coffee. Parking was convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. What really stood out was their customer service: I accidentally left a sweater behind, and the staff were more than willing to ship it back to me. That level of kindness and helpfulness...
