My stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto was nothing short of AMAZING!! My mom and I enjoyed our weekend there. They staff were so welcoming and very helpful with all of our needs. A simple hello/goodbye from the lobby staff always brightened up our day. I love how the hotel is in close proximity to transit, and also because of its location, getting around by uber/lyft was very pocket friendly. Another plus with our stay was the breakfast buffet, which had an array of unlimited breakfast options to choose from. My next time visit to Toronto, it's a guarantee that I will book my stay with Hotel Riu Plaza!!

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there
