“The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. We had to take our food and wait for guests to leave before cleaning the table ourselves. The food selection was also very limited, consisting only of eggs, breakfast sausages, toast, waffles, yogurt, milk,……
“Great heritage property. Wonderful breakfast (including gluten-free options). Comfortable bed. I would recommend guests bring a couple of extension cords for electronic devices as old houses don't have so many outlets conveniently located.”
