As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry I would recommend white crisp bedding, towels and white washable floor towels to give clean hotel feel. The bedding and towels were old. With dark colours it’s hard to tell if it anything had been cleaned or not. Also the towels had a very strong fragrance as a woman with sensitive skin I didn’t like that. The blankets were also very thin. When I walked in the entire place smelt like room spray. When I sat down on the couch it smelt like fish. It didn’t seem hygienic to sit on the smelly fabric couch and it didn’t have a throw blanket. The walls and bathroom sink needed a good clean. However great location with a beautiful view.

Location was perfect, right in the center of Toronto. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The WiFi was great, which I really needed as I was working from there. The building also has a nice gym. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service and nice rooms !!!

It was a good experience. I told them that my child has a fur allergy. They changed the heater filter and did a deep clean with a vacuum. Thanks to that, we could have a comfortable day. I also think the free breakfast is a big benefit as well.
