Welcome to Palmhouse, your fully-furnished luxury retreat in Jacksonville’s prestigious Rolling Hills neighborhood. Perfect for short-term or extended stays, each home features a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Unwind by the saltwater pool, socialize in the expansive 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, or stay active with the state-of-the-art fitness center and pickleball court.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
