“Nuestra estadía fue entre dulce y amargo. Tienen un lugar espectacular. Con un vista increíble y accesible a muchos lugares. La residencia estaba limpia y tiene una cocina equipada. Importante la casa no tiene cortinas en el area de la cocina y sala. Por ende el que va para el segundo nivel de la propiedad, puede ver por la cocina. Y si vez televisión de noche o si estas en la cocina, los que residen en los edificios de frente los pueden ver. Osea no hay privacidad. Por otro lado, las camas son……

“Our stay here was great! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It get’s very hot even in late October but the breeze is great and there are two air conditioning units that help a lot. The private plunge pool is an amazing feature and we did use the infinity pool within the complex. Rincón is just a few minutes away by car and there are a ton of places to eat there as small shops. There are MANY beaches close by. During our stay in late October, the town and beaches were not super busy but still……

“We enjoyed the view out to the ocean and sound of the waves (across the fenced, empty lot across the street), the beds were comfortable and the property was clean. You access the beach by walking down the road a block to the entrance. The beach is not great for swimming, as the property is near a river mouth and the water becomes brown when it rains and there is more detritus on this beach than others we visited.
