I was driving toward Frankfurt when it started getting late, so I called the hotel to inquire about accommodations and amenities. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin, who immediately impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, making me feel like a valued guest before I even arrived. Upon check-in, Justin exceeded expectations once again! His warm welcome, attention to detail, and thoughtful explanation of the hotel’s amenities demonstrated a level of service rarely encountered today. He is truly an exceptional ambassador for this property! The hotel itself was equally remarkable. The facilities were phenomenal, the spa was immaculate, and the swimming pool was absolutely spectacular! Every aspect reflected quality, comfort, and an impressive commitment to guest satisfaction. Hotel was chosen for its location, due to the fact that it is located on the old army base when I was stationed at in the ‘70’s. But it did surprise me with how clean and modern it was. The bar was good, decent prices and staff was friendly when it wasn’t busy. Overall, a good choice"

Die Lage des Hotels ist am Stadtrand mit kleinem Supermarkt, Bäckerei und DM gleich um die Ecke."
