"The hotel is very comfy and spacious. Also decent parking for downtown Boston. Not a lot of amenities, but there’s a lot around you so it doesn’t really matter. There are the green & orange line T stops very close to you and you have the Prudential center very close."

Service is consistent, professional, and actually helpful (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given at places like this). Everything runs the way it should, and it shows. If this is an option, it’s the only option. I’ll stay here every time without hesitation."

"I had two different experiences in the hotel. First time terrible found hair in the toilet on the bed and cause the had renovation we didn’t know hot to get in we called to find where was the entrance someone picked up talk to the person and told me to wait I was waiting for 15min on the phone till she hang up lol. Second time better cleaner room quieter too"
