Love this hotel. We stay here a lot since my daughter lives locally. Don’t know how she does it but Debra in the breakfast room seems like she knows everyone. Nice rooms and a very quaint and comfortable lobby

Only complaint is the room has a faint pot smell lingering and our neighbors complained of the same problem. Also the bell for the elevator just outside the room was annoying dings every time someone uses it and is amplified inside the room . Breakfast was awesome and fresh . We will stay again but try to keep the pot smokers outside. Not everyone enjoys old nasty residual pot smell.

It was in a peaceful location, room was clean on arrival, and continental breakfast is good. We were there 4 nights and room was never serviced. We had to call the front counter for towels and toilet paper. Overall it served its purpose, to get rest.

Jessica at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We would recommend the Fairfield Inn at Sudbury to anyone traveling in the Boston area.

My husband and I were especially impressed by Deborah, the very helpful and friendly woman who set up breakfast. We enjoyed interacting with her and her delightful attitude was wonderful and was a great way to set the the positive tone for our day. Kudos to Deborah!

Overall, very good room for the price we paid. I would have preferred extra blankets and pillows in the room, but enough were provided and I didn’t ask for more. We were also welcomed by two (harmless) spiders, who we helped find happier lands down the hall. The free breakfast was okay. Good for free, so can’t complain. The property is well kept overall, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay.
