Turns out it was just a second mattress. --- I rolled over in my sleep and got a concussion from the mattress. --- The hotel bed is so firm……

“The power was out on Saturday February 28th. We were not able to take any showers and had to walk down 4 flights of stairs in the dark. We were hoping to get some kind of a discount for this inconvenience but have not heard a word from the desk clerk, He said he would call me but never did”
