"We stayed in Valley City for four days, and our hotel stay was wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious, and as I stayed with my two kids and we went swimming every night...we constantly were bugging staff for more towels and everyone was so kind and accommodating! Special shout out to Cleo in the breakfast room; she was extremely kind and helpful, we looked forward to chatting with her every morning and she kept that place so clean and all the food was tasty and nothing ever ran out."

"Had to wait 10 minutes for the front desk lady to come over from the motel across the parking lot to check in. Light bulbs burnt out in our room. Alarm clock not set and went off when it got to 12:00 which was at about 845am. The bottles not shampoo and body wash that hang in the shower were completely empty. The coffee maker in the breakfast area didnt work."
