"The gal at the front desk was great; very friendly and helpful! The pool area was nice to sit in and unwind from a long drive. All other aspects of our stay weren't so great - but we got what we paid for as we arrived late and needed to leave early in the morning. Allergies were running rampant in our room, the doors closed so loudly and our shower curtain seemed to have some dried blood on it....ick. There are plenty of other places to stay in Joplin."

"Room was comfy and clean. Pool and patio area were wonderful with hours being opened until midnight. Breakfast was good. Staff were constantly replacing items. Yes, the juice machine was broken however they did have fresh orange juice available. "

"Our room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing! The staff is a very helpful and kind. Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is clean. My family totally enjoyed the indoor swimming pool."
