The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.

What a great inn. The owners are on site and provide a charming and comfortable place to stay on costal Maine. Highly recommended.

I made a reservation on the phone for Thursday July 23rd and was mistakenly booked for Wednesday July 22 and didn’t find out about the mistake until the morning of the 23rd I’m sure I was sent a confirmation but did not see it I have a witness that I reserved the room for the 23rd
