Lake House
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (28)
"We planned a family reunion around the total eclipse of April 8. Though viewing it required a further drive north, this house was a perfect place for our reunion. We were so appreciative and grateful for how well it supported and enhanced an amazing time together all around. We felt very lucky with our choice and its availability! It is remarkably well fitted out. It is especially well supplied in the kitchen; the bathrooms and bedrooms are well supplied too. It seemed that anything we could...

Four Season Getaway on Upper Cold Stream Pond (Big Narrows)
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (65)
"We've stayed in many cabins across Maine and this is our favorite! Everything we needed was there plus bonuses like kayaks, canoe, paddleboat, etc.. A waterfront fire pit with a beautiful view and large deck overlooking the lake puts the Lake House a step above others! Also, the town of Lincoln and surrounding areas have several awesome restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is withing 2 hrs driving to the trails at the base of Katahdin, many beautiful lakes, streams, rivers, and...

New Peaceful Home located on Mattanawcook Pond, Lincoln
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"Our stay at Stephanie's place couldn't have been more perfect. The place is very new, with a large, well-kitted-out kitchen (we did our own cooking instead of going out). The bedrooms are more comfortable and spacious than they look in the photos; the open living room/kitchen, dining area is large, airy, and comfortable. In addition to the gorgeous lake views from the two sets of sliding doors, water can be seen through side windows on both sides of the house: It's a lovely location. The dock...

Beautiful Family Getaway on Private Lakefront
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"We, 5 adults, 4 kiddos, and 2 dogs, had such a lovely winter stay! The property is perfectly located on a pond perfect for ice fishing, or just enjoying the view, and the house was pristinely clean and very spacious inside. The beds were all VERY cozy, the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking & baking supplies we needed to make meals to enjoy in the sun-filled main floor. Sun & snow Maine winter perfection! We hope to return to enjoy Summer or Fall here - the owners are super...

Rustic Cabin on Penobscot River (Pet-Friendly!)
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (26)
"It was a bit too close to a main road so road noise could be heard, particularly when sitting on the porch. There is no handrail up to the bedroom and the steps are rather steep and dark...not a good set up for older patrons or those with mobility issues. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and a nice area to easily walk the dogs outside. The setting is very pretty on a river and canoes and kayaks are available to use."

Lakeside Getaway on Upper Cold Stream Pond (Little Narrows)
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (9)
"We really enjoyed relaxing on the spacious porch after spending our days fishing in the area. The view of the pond and the comfortable seating were great. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and meal preparation was a breeze. Beautiful scenery but located close to shopping in Lincoln, this was the perfect base for us to float-fish the Penobscot and East Branch. Would recommend, and would love to return."

Welcome to our Waterfront Cabin in Northern, Maine. A great place to relax!!
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (18)
"My husband dog and I, very much enjoyed the camp. So peaceful. We ended up getting up there later than planned. John waited for us. He was so kind and helpful. My car ended up having issues and needed to be fixed. I texted John. He sent me to a garage in Lincoln. They were so nice. The lake is clean and clear. So beautiful. I enjoyed fishing while my husband relaxed in the lake. John also told us about some good fishing and walking places. The camp has all you need for cooking and eating....

Cabin on the water!
Cabin 5 feet from waters edge!!
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (8)
"My stay was lovely. The cabin was peaceful and had all we needed to enjoy our time there. Despite the downsides, I'd totally book again. The location was private. The pond was calm with few boats. Loved having the porch swings, picnic table, and outdoor hearth. Walmart & hannaford were 15 minutes away to get the forgotten odds and ends. I had excellent phone service. There was plenty of parking. The furniture was either hard as a rock (queen bed - bring a foam pad!) or rather warn out. The...
