This little finca has been lovingly restored with flair. The entire ground area is hardly visible. The entrance with carport allows access to the house, on the right there is the pool with sun terrace, on the left the garden. There are two cosy places set for dining: in front of the living room there is a terrace with marquee and stone benches, completely protected from view by the stone walls of the inner courtyard, and with comfortable wooden furniture. You have access to the inner courtyard either from the pool or from the kitchen.

Buena ubicación

La casa es una finca estilo rural (de las que te encuentras por la sierra), es antigua pero se está bien. La piscina, en nuestro caso(con niños pequeños, sobre todo para la peque de 2años), nos resulto demasiado profunda (para adultos bien). En general: correcta, En particular: cesped descuidado, zona de bbq muy bien, piscina bien, interior algo oscuro. Lo mejor: disfrutar exterior, barbacoa y piscina.

Charming place for a family holiday

Travelling with two boys who are happy with a pool and garden this was the perfect location for us. If you like to chill out by the pool under a lemon tree during the day and are happy to jump in the car to drive 5/10min to take a stroll at the beach or seaside at night, this is your place. The villa is functional and has everything you need for a comfortable summer holiday (having aircon only in the main bedroom, a fan in the upper bedroom was ok for us as it was not too hot when we stayed there)

Schönes Urlaubsobjekt in Javea

Zentral und dennoch super ruhig gelegen. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Alles da, was ein entspannter Urlaub braucht. Einen Stern Abzug haben wir bei der Sauberkeit gegeben, weil wir sehr über die knittrige ungebügelten Spannlaken (Linnonqualität) und Bettwäsche (Baumwolle) verwundert waren. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Das Haus selbst war tipptopp sauber. Wir können es Guten Gewissens Empfehlen. Am besten für ein Paar in der heißen Jahreszeit, denn nur das Schlafzimmer im Souterrain ist mit AC.

Top: zwembad (juiste temperatuur en wordt 1x per week onderhouden) Tuin/buitengedeelte is geweldig Locatie (rustig, aan einde doodlopende weg) dicht bij plaats en mooi strand Tip: Vochtproblemen in huis oplossen (onaangename geur) Zowel binnen als buiten wat meubilair vervangen en het interieur van het huis kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken Verhuur ook de 3e slaapkamer (de 2e slaapkamer is niet volwaardig op de overloop, daar achter zit een slaapkamer die de eigenaar prive houdt) Wij waren met 2 en dan is dit geen probleem Top: goed uitgeruste keuken Aan bijna alles is gedacht: schoonmaakmiddelen (vaat)wasmiddelen, handdoeken, koffie, wc papier, zeep en kruiden voor de eerste dagen en er is een wasmachine, droger en strijkplank

Great 10 days

We have just returned after a lovely 10 days in Javea. The villa is nice, the main positives for me was it was very clean (the cleanest we have ever rented) The beds were comfy, the shower was powerful & the swimming pool is brilliant. There isn’t much I can say negatively about this villa apart from the air con. The downstairs bedroom has great on the wall air-con with remote control but the other bedroom only has a portable one which in the heat just was not good enough (the downstairs fan was better). I felt so guilty making my children sleep in there that we switched around. The villa is very hot so better air conditioning throughout would make this perfect.

Vacances au top

Très belle propriété où nous avons passé de très belles vacances! Petits points négatifs : nous n'avons pas prévenu de l'heure de notre arrivée donc au lieu d'avoir accès à 16h nous avons pu y entrer qu'à 17h30...il faut prévoir de laisser une caution de 250 euros en liquide à l'arrivée, pour le départ c'est 10h maximum avec un état des lieux et remise de la caution et autre petit bémol, il n'y a qu'une chambre climatisée sur les 2 donc nous avons eu très chaud malgré le ventilateur mais les enfants ont très bien dormi dans celle climatisée...! A part ces petits tracas, la propriété est vraiment idéale pour des vacances familiales avec les commerces, restaurants et plage à moins de 2km et un consum vraiment très proche (en bas de la rue!) donc idéal pour faire les courses!!! L'extérieur est juste très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, sa grande piscine et sa végétation très colorée! Je recommande +++ pour un vrai dépaysement!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub

Das Haus ist liebevoll hergerichtet, ein ganz klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Garten und Poolbereich sind wenig einsehbar und wir haben es genossen, abends noch in den Pool zu gehen. Den Gasgrill mit Plancha haben wir beinahe jeden abned genutzt um frischen Fisch darauf zu grillen. Wenn es ein kleines "aber" gibt dann, dass es im oberen Schlafbereich keine Klima-Anlage gibt, denn die Temparaturen wren mit 38° und mehr am Tag so hoch, dass es nachts dann schwer wurde, einzuschlafen. Auch im Wohnzimmerbereich wäre eine Klima-Anlage nützlich gewesen, aber das ist bereits meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in Allem: Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Stephan K

Don’t Rent This House !!!

DONT RENT THIS HOUSE !!! This is “Heir Ludwig’s” house. There is air conditioning but you can not use it. There is a pool heater but you can not even pay to use it. We had 5 days that you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There is a pool man but he does not show up. He is too cheap to get a good pool man or good management. She would not respond to our requests to get the pool cleaned. Ludwig has the good bedroom upstairs but keeps it for himself. You get the one downstairs with no mattress cover over very basic beds. In the end, even though the manager returned our deposit and said thank you, he stole $265 from. He wrote the reason in German, even though he knows we do not speak German and he can write in English.

Fantastico

La casa perfecta, con todos los enseres necesarios y mucho más (máquina de café, de te, tostadora, batidora, ollas, sartenes y cazos de todos tipo, cubiertos, vasos y platos para aburrir, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora, ventiladores y aire acondicionado). Un espacio genial tanto a interior con habitaciones y salón muy fresquitos, como al exterior con zona piscina, césped y mesas bajo sombrillas. La zona tiene un microclima espectacular, la temperatura perfecta en cada momento del día. Ni frío ni calor. La piscina ideal hasta para bañarse hasta de noche (29 grados el agua). De verdad que inmejorable! Única pega, las sábanas deberían cambiarse por un tipo de tejido más fresquito y ligero!

casa muy recomendable

La casa está muy muy bien, las fotos son una realidad. Hemos estado 15 días en julio y se está de maravilla, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado pero no es necesario, no lo encendí ni un solo dia. La temperatura dentro de la casa es muy fresquita. La piscina muy muy limpia, vienen cada 4 o 5 días a limpiarla y controlarla. Tiene todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. El jardín muy cuidado. Muy bien situado para desplazarte tanto al pueblo, puerto, calas a 5 min en coche.....tiene un consum super cerca que viene muy muy bien. Barbacoa de gas y barbacoa para carbón o leña. 2 estancias para comer o cenar muy agradables. Cosas negativas: Las camas son +/- comodas, las sabanas estan para renovar, recomendable llevar las tuyas de casa, yo volví a mi casa a por mis sábanas. La cama auxiliar q pensaba utilizar para mi hija pequeña......esta para renovar, imposible utilizar ese colchón lleno de polvo guardado en un rincón sin funda ni nada. Volví a mi casa a por su cuna de viaje. Por todo lo demás es una casa ideal!!! Repetiría sin duda!!!

Una casa encantadora perfecta para pasar las vacaciones

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en la casa Finca Jardín. La casa está bien ubicada, muy cerca del centro de Javea y de la playa Arenal. El exterior de la casa es ideal: cuenta con dos mesas, una piscina, una zona con césped y plantas, una zona protegida para aparcar el ccohe. Está muy bien cuidado y muy encantador. Incluso ideal para niños. El interior de la casa también está muy bien cuidado, muy limpio. La casa está muy bien equipada. No falta absolutamente nada! Lo único que faltaría mejorar es la cama doble de la habitación de arriba. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Claudia y su compañera por su amabilidad y por dejar la casa IMPECABLE. También gracias al propietario por su disponibilidad. Nos hemos enamorado de esta casa y sin duda volveremos. GRACIAS!!!!!

Casa agradable con piscina privada perfecta para vacaciones de relax cerca de la playa

Hemos disfrutado de unas vacaciones de verano durante 10 días. La zona es muy tranquila cerca de la playa (5 min en coche) y del supermercado (5 min andando). La casa es muy completa, amplia y limpia, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Lo mejor es el patio, la barbacoa y la piscina privada, ideal para disfrutar todo el día. Como punto a mejorar, falta el aire acondicionado en la habitación de arriba. Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí y repetiríamos sin duda.

Chalet familiar

El chalet esta muy bien ubicado ya que está alejado del bullicio pero cerca del supermercado y a 5 min de la playa. La piscina fenomenal y la zona de césped también aunque todo muy seco y un poco dejado. La casa bien pero faltan ventiladores ya que no hay, sólo hay aire acondicionado en la habitación grande. La nevera no enfriaba y se lo dijimos a la de la inmobiliaria y otra fallo es que la TV solo es para canales alemanes(Nosotros estuvimos con movistar en la tablet) Asi que en general está bien sobre todo para estar tranquilos.
