“Nice Place T. And Clean employés Was really professionnel.”

“The hotel was pleasant and well kept for the most part. The pool could use some maintenance, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the customer service by the woman in the front office was lacking. Three of the people in our party were leaving at 5am the next morning to hike a volcano. Because breakfast was included in our stay and they wouldn't be there for it, I asked if the kitchen could please give them something simple to take, even just bread, and she said that……

“Decoración de la habitación bonita, ropa de cama suave, la cama no tanto, el lugar es bonito y fresco por las tardes lástima que la vista de nuestro domo era de postes y cables eléctricos, si quiere descansar no lo recomiendo se escucha toda la música de eventos que se hacen en los lugares de alrededor, en nuestro caso tuvimos música fuerte hasta las 3 am”

“worst stay. wedding right next to our room blasted music until midnight and we could hear staff cleaning up until 1:30 AM. Staff were unable to refund any night and we spent the next day exhausted.”

“10/10 amazing experience from the tiki house, outdoor gym and amazing views! Fooooood 10/10 that includeds the free breakfast they give you. Staff are amazing and even the bar staff are! I recommend this place for any couples or single person that wants a nice relaxing vacation and weekend that bar side is a vibe!!! The Tiki house is amazingggggg also.”

“The food was delicious cooked to order the burritos are fantastic! Just steps from the ocean. The pool is wonderful when the beach is to hot. Lots of shade and cool water. Very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic but your only in them to shower and sleep. It the AC works great we actually had to get blankets because the kids got cold. The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Tranquilo is a great word to describe the stay!”

“The room was clean and had the air conditioner full blast. The staff was really nice and helpful. Getting to the property had a bumpy road but the beach outside of the property is pretty. There was only sand and no rocks. Breakfast was included which was a plus, the problem was that it took a while but it was tasty. ”
