“No towels in room when we arrived no pillow cases on pillows the pillows were stained. No hot water in the morning no cream and sugar for the coffee. Dust everywhere in the room. Pool non operational. Place was dirty gutters falling off building trash outside rooms blowing everywhere. Really sad to see how downhill it went from when we stayed in this location 17 years ago. It was nice back then not anymore.”

“Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back.”
