On 40 m², you will find a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a living and dining area with satellite TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all important utensils for self-catering. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Start the day with a coffee or end the evening with a glass of wine on the covered southwest terrace. Air conditioning, heating and WiFi provide additional comfort. The apartment is located only about 400 metres from the sea, where you can choose between sandy beaches and fine pebble bays. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other facilities can be conveniently reached on foot. The surroundings invite you to excursions into nature, water sports activities, wine and olive tastings as well as cultural explorations. A parking space is available on site, and some services such as washing machine or baby cot use are possible for a small additional fee.
