“I stayed 4 days with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience, the room super clean, the housekeeping staff very attentive, good location for the beach and restaurants, I will return soon, I recommend it 100%”

“The property was great for the walk to the beach. I wish that the pool on the property had been cleaner.My two complaints were..... I had to wait for my door code for over 40 minutes after check in time. Also there were no umbrellas at the property for the beach, would have had to drive a mile and go to another beach to use the complimentary beach umbrellas.”

“My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches……

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“Great room, great service, convenient location. Would definitely go back. Decent breakfast. Free parking. Pool was cloudy and did not seem clean. By mangroves so low tide smell was strong at times and buggy at night. Overall good in spite of those few things.”

I arrived in the morning, check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m., but Karol T. checked to see if my room was available and allowed early check-in. She was very positive, energetic, and a very good listener as I told her it was my first proper vacation in over five years and at the end of check-in gave me a bottle of wine on the house! I received at text from Karol T. the next day checking in to see how everything was going and I happened to……
