髒亂、黴菌

牆壁、浴室都是黴菌，各個角落、家具、電視都是灰塵，清潔人員是否視力不良？完全不值得，如果去野營或許還更快樂。

看了網上評價決定試這間飯店的，住了後應感覺不錯。飯店是有些舊，但服務很好，職員，不論是柜台或煎早餐蛋的嬸嬸都服務貼心。店內供應早餐，下午茶點水果及宵夜，種類不是很多，但對客人來說，任何時間到達，都有些東西可止止肚餓再出外吃東西。咖啡機的咖啡聽說也不錯（全日供應客人使用）。步行10-15分鐘可到主街及火車站。是值得推薦的。

The room is so small. Outside the window is a wall. So the room is very dark & depressing feeling. The staffs are very friendly. The breakfast, afternoon tea & late night snacks are all good but always long line waiting & very busy. Not a relaxing experience. Moved out after one night stay.

寵物友善住宿 有停車場 需步行1-2分鐘 【先到先停、車位可能會不足】 離熱鬧的市區 走路10分鐘 有午茶時間 提供一些小餅乾 茶凍 滷肉飯 些許炸物 咖啡、紅茶 免費享用 入住522房 裝潢有點老舊 角落牆壁有些發霉 枕頭好軟 但床挺好睡 房內沒什麼異味 隔音稍弱 小冰箱不涼 杯子及熱水壺看起來有點髒 （若想要冰其他東西 可拿去一樓櫃檯 請人員協助冰起來） 寵物用品需自備 不提供牙膏牙刷 在一樓 還有個貓室 可以進去看（摸）貓 宵夜有提供米粉湯及紅豆湯 隔天的早餐 還有現煎的荷包蛋的選項 用餐時 狗狗也可在一旁 （有用牽繩） 櫃檯的阿姨 人也客氣

服務很熱情的旅館

這家旅館服務非常棒，住宿期間遇到的所有服務人員都很熱情，除了早餐還提供宵夜，房間有些設施比較老舊，但有大浴池可泡湯，床睡得也算舒服，整體很不錯👍

蠻糟糕的住宿經驗

整體來說是不錯的,包含宵夜、早餐。但用完早餐後,本來想休息一下再泡個湯,房務人員居然敲門要來打掃,後來又有服務人員居然拿備用鑰匙要進來,我們又還沒退房,為什麼進來打擾我們,後來沒心情泡湯了就退房了,來過好多次了,這一次住宿經驗蠻糟糕的。

礁渓バスターミナルへは15分ほど歩きます。 台鐵の礁渓駅からも12分ほどです。 新しくはありませんが、適度に改装してきれいです。 入り口横にはガラス張りのネコ部屋があり、許可を得て中に入れるようです。 朝は7時から、夜は20時から１階で簡単な食事と飲み物がいただけます。朝のほうが充実していますが、夜もビーフン、ご飯、煮玉子など、しっかり食べることもできました。 廊下にカーペットなのも足音が響かなくていいと思いました。 部屋の温泉は熱いので冷ますか加水が必要ですが、好きなだけ堪能できます。 お値段以上の快適さだと感じました。
