"We had a wonderful stay here! Very comfortable and well-equipped rental."

"We had during our stay moisture next to the bed, that made us sick, ants & a scorpion in the room, 3 electricity blackouts and 3x loss of all the food in the fridge. Additionally to this during the whole stay we were living on a construction site as the owner planed to extend the property. With this circumstances the owner was not ready to reduce price or to find an arrangement that was convenient for us."

"My wife and I had a most pleasant stay for eight days at "Down by the Sea". Our accommodations there were very quite, very clean and very comfortable. Our hostess, Heike, was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. She was most helpful with directions and references for local eateries. "Down by the Sea" ,being right on the beach, could not be a better location. This was our fifth trip to Costa Rica but our first time to the Nicoya Peninsula. It is a beautiful part of the country.
